Despachantes de Aduana y Consorciados (DAC) is a family company, which started its activity in Asunción City in 1975.
In the beginning we worked with a group of Companies, both Import and Export, among which Petróleos Paraguayos (Petropar) stands out, with whom we have worked for 22 years, providing them excellent results, by submitting a project that resulted in great economic benefits and streamlining procedures; And Cargill Agropecuaria SACI, which we have served for 38 years.
Among the company's greatest achievements is the one obtained by Dr. Carlos Lionel Ferreira Figueredo, Dispatcher and Managing Director of DAC, who is the impeller in the IT implementation of the ERR1 destination and its consequent Despachos de Cancelación EC04, being a pioneer in the use of the Régimen de Despachos en Consignación con Reserva de retorno, in its two modalities, with or without Salto de Partida, in Paraguay. Through an exhaustive work that took approximately two years, between the Dirección Nacional de Aduana, the Ministerio de Hacienda and the Ministerio de Industria y Comercio, the authorization for the use of this figure is obtained, in 2005. The first Despachos en Consignación ERR1 were made manually in 2006, and the following year, the computerization
of the Régimen de Despachos ERR1, exclusively used by Cargill Agropecuaria, has been used since its obtainment until now, resulting in large Profits for our country in terms of taxes, mainly in the years 2007 and 2008, in which for the first time the Exports exceeded the Import in tax revenuess according to reports of the Secretaría de Estado de Tributación.
